•3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related RevOps role •1+ years experience within the business travel or corporate housing industry is desirable •Proven track record of driving measurable improvements for revenue teams •Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a must •Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and other enterprise SaaS tools •Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, modelling, and setting up reporting processes •Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment •Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to foster collaboration across teams •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Able to think strategically
