β’ Advanced knowledge of UX and UI design. β’ Advanced knowledge of latest/most used design tools (eg: Figma, Figjam or equivalent). β’ Experience working with components and Design Systems. β’ Experience with SaaS products required. β’ Strong understanding of information architecture and its impact on user experience. β’ Ability to produce drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions. β’ Expertly run workshops and sessions to gather requirements, assumptions, challenges and insights. β’ Able to see projects through from inception to production autonomously. β’ Strong analytical skills for data-driven design decisions. β’ Experience with user testing and feedback integration. β’ Knowing what to prioritise, when to sweat details and when to compromise. β’ Demonstrates adaptability. β’ Knows when to be assertive and push back. β’ Proactive and can work independently. β’ Great at collaboration and cross-functional communication.
