Description

• Altruistiq's software solution delivers sustainability intelligence and real corporate impact in carbon reduction • Seeking a Talent Partner for driving talent acquisition strategy and engaging top talent across the organization • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage full recruitment lifecycle and ensure positive candidate experience

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience as a Talent Partner or similar role in recruitment • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, specifically Greenhouse ATS
