• AltScore is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition & Development to lead the evolution of our talent strategy in this pivotal role. • You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to support AltScore’s growth, with a clear focus on building scalable teams that drive 5x ARR growth over the next 18 months. • Working closely with the executive team, you will design and implement the systems that power our high-performance culture, ensuring we remain lean and efficient while scaling 3x in people. • This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems engineering or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) who has experience building scalable processes and high-performing, lean teams. • The right candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to develop efficient systems that fuel growth, especially in revenue-driving roles across sales, product, and customer success.
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent development, or human resources, ideally in high-growth environments within SaaS or enterprise sectors. • Proven success in developing and scaling talent acquisition and development processes, particularly in leadership and revenue-generating roles. • Systems Engineering or Consulting Background: Ideal candidates will have experience in systems engineering or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) with a focus on building scalable processes and lean, high-performing teams. • Expertise in performance management, OKRs, and building development programs for high-performance teams. • Demonstrated success in hiring and scaling teams that directly drive revenue growth, with a focus on sales, customer success, and product management. • Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, with strong communication skills in both languages. • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Systems Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Base Salary: $3,000 - $10,000 USD per month, depending on experience. • Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, tied to individual and company performance. • ESOP: Every employee at AltScore is a shareholder.
