β’ AltScore is looking for a driven and seasoned Senior Account Executive to help us scale our impact in the enterprise SaaS space. β’ As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for closing large, complex deals, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic engagements. β’ Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with the Chief Lending Officer and Product teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs and expectations. β’ There is also potential to lead sales teams and develop scalable sales processes as we continue to grow. β’ This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a deep understanding of enterprise clients and B2B SaaS.
β’ 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within SaaS or fintech, with a focus on large, complex deals. β’ Proven track record of closing high-value contracts ($500K+) and exceeding sales quotas. β’ Strong understanding of the credit or lending infrastructure space, with the ability to articulate how AltScoreβs solutions can solve client pain points. β’ Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. β’ Experience selling to large CPG companies or financial institutions in Latin America is a plus. β’ Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building C-level relationships. β’ Experience in leading sales teams or developing sales processes is a strong plus. β’ Mastery of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales automation platforms. β’ Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to manage complex deals and clients autonomously. β’ Willingness to travel frequently across LatAm to meet with clients.
β’ Base Salary: $3,000 - $8,000 USD per month, depending on experience. β’ Performance Bonus: Up to 30% of base salary, tied to individual and company performance. β’ ESOP: Every employee at AltScore is a shareholder.
