Description
• Altus Group is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Complex Property Tax business area. • Independent analysis and project completion capable of determining next step in projects. • Provide recommendations to management for course appeal recommendations and/or next steps of a project or appeal. • Correspond with assessors and clients to gather information necessary for work completion. • Act as a first level resource for new/lesser experience staff for technical and analytical matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field preferred, but not required) • Relevant property tax experience, preferably in industrial, energy, telecom, or similar markets • Working knowledge of valuation concepts • Advanced level Excel, Word and Adobe skills • Ability to consolidate and analyze large and complex data sets • Advanced analytical skills • High attention to detail
