📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and grow the hardware engineering team to deliver high-quality and innovative hardware solutions • Develop and execute strategies to meet hardware development goals and support business growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions • Drive technical innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and trends in hardware design and manufacturing • Ensure the hardware engineering team follows best practices, development standards, and compliance requirements • Provide technical leadership to solve complex hardware engineering challenges • Contribute to the overall business strategy and product roadmap as a key member of the leadership team
🎯 Requirements
• Vast experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields • Proven experience in leading and managing large hardware engineering teams • Demonstrated success in delivering complex hardware products from concept to production • Strong understanding of hardware development processes, methodologies, tools, manufacturing processes and best practices • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to drive technical innovation and adapt to emerging technologies • Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry is a plus
