• Undergraduate degree in an engineering field required • Min 5 years technical experience in an engineering, manufacturing process or field technical role; flexible packaging and thermoforming technical experience preferred • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, attention to details • Strong mechanical and technical ability and aptitude • Strong problem-solving skills • Able to manage multiple priorities • Excellent project management skills; ability to drive execution of plans • Professional appearance and attitude • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Demonstrates leadership qualities and success working in cross functional environments • Operates effectively with people at all levels of the organization with ability to build and maintain relationships • Strong understanding of plant processes and practices • Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired) • Min 50% travel
