Description

• Responsible for supporting the North America Commercial team • Analyzing operating performance through Power BI dashboard development • Serve as a valued business partner to the NA Commercial team to identify opportunities for improvement • Establish priorities and deadlines, assess resources, and define next steps • Proactive in building positive relationships among team members • Provide actionable information that drives decision-making • Identify and improve the quality, accuracy, completeness of underlying data • Conduct commercial analysis, process improvement, and ad hoc support • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Collaborate with IT to improve data/reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Analytics, Finance/Accounting, or similar degree required • Minimum five years of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations with focus in sales support • Financial business acumen, experience understanding financial statements (cost centers, GL accounts, financial transaction impacts on data and reporting) • Experience with dimensional data modeling and data visualization • Strong customer service focus • Strong work ethic with ability to leverage others and work in a cross functional environment • Self-initiative and commitment to excellence • Effective communicator • Experience developing fairly complex reports and dashboards in Power BI • Strong business analytics skills experience collecting, organizing, analyzing and transforming data into insights • Good understanding of relational database concepts • IT systems experience and aptitude; Power BI and Excel • Travel up to 10%
