Description

• The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer role reports to the Reporting and Analytics Manager. • Responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and building BI solutions. • Involves improving existing BI systems and ensuring accuracy and efficiency of data-driven solutions. • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with clinicians, engineers, customer success executives, and product teams.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist • Strong knowledge of BI tools and software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. (strong preference for Quicksight) • Expertise in database management and data modeling, with a strong command of SQL • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative • Experience working cross-functionally to define analyses, objectives and deliver analytical results • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems under tight deadlines and limited resources • Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
