Description

• Perform on-site field inspections of energy efficiency measures • Monitoring trade ally/contractor performance • Verify installation and functionality of equipment • Identify deficiencies or deviations from approved program application • Review and verify applications and supporting documentation • Provide education and technical support to trade allies/contractors • Complete reporting on inspection findings • Support program training initiatives

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • 3 - 5 years of industry experience • Ability to perform field inspections • Experience performing quality assurance on complex projects • Customer, Trade ally/contractors engagement experience • Strong program/project management and customer service experience • Ability to provide direction to customers on process improvement • Experience with energy efficiency trade allies/contractors • Strong understanding of energy efficiency technologies, building systems and codes • Ability to relay program and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Sound business ethics • Superior interpersonal skills • Experience with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and PowerPoint required • Experience managing external vendors preferred
