Description

• Lead and manage a diverse team of graphic designers, e-commerce photo designers, videographers, copywriters, and social media professionals. • Oversee the workflow, ensuring timely delivery of all content projects. • Develop and implement content strategies for marketing campaigns, the direct-to-consumer website, and omnichannel experiences. • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all visual and written content. • Collaborate with product designers and artists to ensure cohesive integration of visual content. • Adhere to existing brand guidelines while creating and updating new guidelines based on market trends. • Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of all content projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience in content creation and team management, preferably in the home decor or related industry. • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems. • Familiarity with current trends in home decor, design, and social media. • A portfolio website or PDF that clearly demonstrates your expertise in the areas outlined in this job description.
