• Who We Are • PERSUIT is a LegalTech startup based in NYC that’s changing the way companies engage outside legal counsel. • Our clients are well-known brand names who now have the transparency they need to actualize savings in the millions on their legal spend. • What You’ll Be Doing • Create compelling educational and sales content to educate the market on a creative new approach and technology in the LegalTech space • Leverage our unique position in the market to enable our existing clients • Attract new clients through education across multiple channels • Content Writing (Educational Writing) (50%) • Writing blogs, case studies, white papers, and various forms of content to support global campaigns • Drafting and editing content for our internal thought leaders, including organic social media and newsletter content • Managing the content calendar • Publishing content to our website and optimizing for SEO • Scripting content for events and webinars and repurposing this content in other mediums and channels • Copywriting (Persuasive/Sales Writing) (30%) • Copywriting for the PERSUIT website, including copy for the home page and all supporting pages and landing pages • Copywriting for paid media and advertising • Copywriting for event descriptions, webinar invitations, email campaigns, and any other written marketing content needed by the team • Oversight and Admin (20%) • Oversight of the Innovative Legal Leadership podcast, including coordination with Sales and CS in securing guests, managing podcast production, and promoting the podcast through social and other channels • Maintaining brand continuity across our departments • Coordinating with team members to schedule email sends and social media posts • Building and maintaining relationships with content distribution partners • Collaborating across departments and using data to drive results across our four marketing initiatives: Top of funnel/nurture, increase usage, law firm engagement, community building.

Requirements

• Quality - Ability to create “publish-ready” content and copywriting • Timeliness - Ability to deliver work on time • Innovation and initiative - Ability to take ownership of projects and innovate how you deliver value • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS • A strong writing portfolio demonstrating your experience creating both educational content and sales copywriting (We want to see your work on blog posts, web copy, email copy, ad copy, webinar descriptions, and similar writing projects) • You strive for excellence and have a track record of overperformance to match • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • 2+ years in the legal industry (Bonus) • 2+ years in enterprise SaaS marketing and copywriting (Bonus) • Knowledge of the legal pricing, law firm RFP process, and/or corporate legal departments (Bonus) • Podcast management experience (Bonus) • Experience working with subject matter experts and C-level executives (Example: Emailing a C-level executive to set up a podcast interview) (Bonus)
