Description
• Responsible for the maintenance of safe, effective, and functional facilities • Direct installation, maintenance, repair of equipment and utility systems • Lead compliance activities with all OSHA & EPA regulations • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs • Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets and analyzing variances
Requirements
• BS degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Structural Engineering desirable but not required • Minimum 7 years maintenance management and leadership experience required • 4-5 years’ experience scheduling and maintaining a refrigerated warehouse system required • Experience working within CMMS systems; SAP preferred • Strong knowledge & skill level with NH3 refrigeration system required • Strong working knowledge of OSHA & EPA compliance programs required
