Description

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option • Address client concerns and overcome objections in a persuasive manner • Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to warm leads • Educate clients on the debt settlement process • Outline debt settlement terms & conditions • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics • Ensure adherence to all laws and company policies • Keep up-to-date with industry changes

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success • 1+ years of call center experience preferred • Google Workspace proficiency • Strong work ethic and determination • Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively • Previous experience in debt settlement is a plus
