📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, ensuring their growth and performance. • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring their strategic objectives are met. • Develop and implement best practices for campaign execution, client communications, and internal processes. • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns and events, ensuring successful execution. • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Manage high-stakes conversations with clients, negotiating agreements and securing upsells to drive revenue growth. • Own departmental KPIs, including client retention, revenue growth, and campaign performance analysis. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions, aligning with client needs and business objectives. • Develop and communicate quarterly performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the gaming industry, specializing in influencer marketing, account management, or client services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives. • Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions, growing key accounts, and driving revenue expansion. • Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and team initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, with a focus on influencer marketing campaigns. • Bonus: Experience in mobile gaming. • Mandarin or Spanish fluency.
