Description

• Managing and overseeing the intake, evaluation, and initial processing of whistleblower reports • Ensuring timely, confidential, and thorough triage of reports • Collaborating with legal, compliance, HR, and investigative teams • Supporting the development and building of reports • Managing the day-to-day handling and management of reports submitted to the incident management tool • Developing and building quarterly reports and metrics for Quarterly SOX reviews • Reviewing trend analyses, dashboards, and aging reports • Primary point of contact with vendors supporting the incident management tool • Collaborating with Training and Communications regarding BCH Speak-up program

Requirements

• Doctorate degree • Or Master’s degree & 2 years of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal Experience • Or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal experience • Or Associate’s degree and 8 years of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal experience • Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal experience • Strong technology skills and comfort using various systems • Experience with analytics-based technology is preferred • Solution lifecycle skills including business analysis and project management • Project management and organizational skills to effectively track and manage reports • Ability to be flexible and quickly analyze situations • Legal experience (min one year) • HR experience
