Description

• Integral role in Amgen’s commercial contracting success • Draft and process customer contracts • Work with Payer Contract Relations team • Write and develop Payer rebate agreements, amendments, and notice letters • Manage contract data in Amgen’s CLM system • Ensure data entry accuracy and reflection of key terms • Participate in document review meetings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate contracts

Requirements

• Doctorate degree • Master’s degree and 2 years of contract development or contract writing experience • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of contract development or contract writing experience • Associate’s degree and 8 years of contract development or contract writing experience • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of contract development or contract writing experience • Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology experience preferred • Previous experience writing contracts, ideally for pharma • Strong computer and Microsoft Word skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to integrate complex business strategies into a contract • Familiarity with the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills
