Description

• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • As a member of the Amgen team, you’ll help make a lasting impact on the lives of patients • You will combine both internal and external engagement to drive RISE’s mission • Develop and manage partnerships with leaders and organizations to address underrepresentation • Lead outreach programs, engaging with communities through workshops and forums • Support cross-functional teams to embed RISE’s mission into global public health efforts

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of relevant experience • Proven ability with public speaking, with experience presenting to diverse audiences • Established experience as an advocate or ambassador for Diversity in Clinical Research • Prior experience in roles focused on promoting Diversity in Clinical Trials • Strong background in building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical sites, and clinical study teams • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with both internal and external partners within clinical research settings • Relevant experience working in community or public health initiatives, with an emphasis on outreach and engagement • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
