Description

• Join an incredible team that’s redefining Amgen’s patient support programs • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the agent staff • Conduct daily monitoring of employee production • Provide feedback to direct reports • Assist with the hiring and termination process • Ensure open communication with the staff • Maintain positive rapport with internal and external customers

Requirements

• Doctorate degree • Master’s degree and 2 years of patient access/assistance experience • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of patient access/assistance experience • Associate’s degree and 10 years of patient access/assistance experience • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of patient access/assistance experience • 3+ years of proven experience in a reimbursement HUB or related healthcare setting preferred • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred • In-depth knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs
