Description

• Assist the Operations Team Lead and Auto Operations Team with operational initiatives. • Handle repossession processing and customer service issues related to auto titles. • Analyze report data for management reviews. • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Aid branches with research and response regarding DMV notices/letters. • Release liens while ensuring compliance with legal policies. • Collaborate with coordinators regarding lien perfection and repo status. • Participate in relevant operational meetings.

Requirements

• HS diploma required. • Previous experience with Microsoft office. • Must pass pre-employment screenings. • Organized and detailed oriented. • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Comprehension, analytical, and communication skills. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time management.
