β’ Spyre Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that aims to create next-generation of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) products. β’ The Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) is responsible for the successful execution of clinical trials.<br> β’ Support clinical study teams, track clinical biospecimens, and manage eTMF to ensure inspection readiness. β’ Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes. β’ Maintain staff and vendor lists and collaborate with CTM on reviewing Trial Master Data.
β’ B.A./B.S. in life sciences or equivalent β’ A minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. β’ Working knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry/technology standard practices including Good Clinical Practices. β’ Experience utilizing CTMS, EDC, TMS, and related software preferred. β’ Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook β’ Attention to detail, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills. β’ Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. β’ Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks and manage changing priorities. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
