Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in the Rare Disease Therapeutic Area. • Contribute to the development of medical content and publications aligned with the Uplizna program objectives. • Publication-related deliverables (manuscripts/abstracts/posters/enhanced content). • Delivery of innovative scientific and medical content (DSE/digital/MSL materials/FAQs/Medical Information Letters). • Address Medical Information inquiries. • Maintain partnerships with Medical Strategy & Operations. • Drive the development of a holistic scientific communication plan.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Medical/Scientific Affairs experience. • PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO with 1 or more years of relevant experience in clinical research, patient care, Medical/Scientific Affairs, and/or basic research (other doctorate degrees may be considered). • Prior experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within the biopharmaceutical industry, and/or clinical or research experience. • Understanding of current publication environment, good publication practices, and other global guidelines related to publications, scientific data communication, and transparency standards. • Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the regulatory and legal guidelines affecting promotion of prescription products. • Demonstrated track record of strategic execution in a matrix environment with limited supervision. • gMG , NMO, and/or IgG4-RD disease/therapeutic area knowledge, or Rheumatology or Neuroimmunology therapeutic area knowledge. • Experience managing vendors. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and project planning skills. • Ability to lead and/or facilitate effective team meetings. • Strong computer and database skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
