• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients. • This internship is 12 weeks and will be an integral member of R&D’s Talent and Culture team. • Support our Research and Development Early Career talent development program, Accelerating Talent Breadth. • This dynamic opportunity is focused on enhancing and expanding our internal talent development strategies and programs. • This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, being agile with evolving needs, and delivering programs and offerings to strengthen the culture of R&D. • Key areas of focus include Communications and change management, Stakeholder management, Project management / Administrative tasks. • This internship includes project-based and experiential learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: • 18 years or older • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent • Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing • Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university • Must not be employed at the time the internship starts • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship OR co-op • Preferred Qualifications: • Degree concentration(s) in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Management, Communications, or a similar field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a willingness to learn. • Adaptability in navigating and optimally responding to ambiguity and evolving circumstances and priorities.
