Description

• You will gain an understanding of the Talent Acquisition processes and procedures and in turn offer suggestions for process improvements. • You will collaborate with team members to identify any gaps or areas needing additional clarity within current processes. • You will review existing Talent Acquisition dashboards and SharePoint site to assess how well they are meeting team needs. • You will identify areas where dashboards can be optimized for better usability and decision-making. • You will assist with special projects within the Talent Acquisition department as needed. • You will provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• You are interested in learning about data analysis tools (Smartsheet, Tableau, Excel). • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • You have strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills. • You learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
