Description

• Provides technical and operational support for all office locations • Focuses on tier 2 support and system administration across all software applications for both branch and corporate staff • Provides tier 2 support for the various property management software systems • Identifies and troubleshoots issues as well as intake of enhancement requests • Provides escalation resources for tickets that are not able to be resolved by tier 1 • Coordinates with the software vendors on submission and resolution of bugs and enhancement requests • Handles the administration of the property management software including user security and system customization • Prepares documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures, and processes • Mentors junior team members and fosters an environment that encourages and rewards learning and growth • Assists with special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3-5 years of similar work experience required • Previous success in a fast-paced support or customer service role highly desired • Must be tech-savvy and eager to learn with the proven ability to understand and explain software • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products • Property management software experience preferred • Yardi Voyager experience is a plus • Experience with accounting software or accounting practices is a plus
