• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience managing IT teams, fostering a positive culture, and developing technical talent. • Strategic Planning and Project Management: Ability to create and implement IT strategies, manage projects, and align technology initiatives with business goals. • IT Infrastructure Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity. • Security and Compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in data protection protocols, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and security standards. • Vendor and Budget Management: Experience managing IT budgets, negotiating with vendors, and evaluating new technology solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience in IT management may be considered. • Certifications in IT management or project management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA IT Management) are advantageous. • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of managing teams and optimizing IT operations. • Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is beneficial. • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems is an asset.
