Description

• Oversee the design and fulfillment of the organization's strategic and tactical goals • Lead the development of the frameworks and practices for strategic planning and execution routines across the Acquisitions, Resale, Transaction Management & Closing and Brokerage functions • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to crisply articulate and enable execution of key initiatives • Work closely with finance teams to develop and track key financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts • Serve as a central communication hub for all stakeholders involved in acquisition and resale programs • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across acquisitions, resale, and supporting departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, asset management, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and data analysis • Experience in managing large-scale, complex programs with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget; PMP certification is a plus • Strong financial acumen and the ability to evaluate the performance of real estate investments through data-driven insights • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders • Real estate license or industry certification is a plus
