β’ Oversee the design and fulfillment of the organization's strategic and tactical goals β’ Lead the development of the frameworks and practices for strategic planning and execution routines across the Acquisitions, Resale, Transaction Management & Closing and Brokerage functions β’ Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to crisply articulate and enable execution of key initiatives β’ Work closely with finance teams to develop and track key financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts β’ Serve as a central communication hub for all stakeholders involved in acquisition and resale programs β’ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across acquisitions, resale, and supporting departments
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred β’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, asset management, or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role β’ Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and data analysis β’ Experience in managing large-scale, complex programs with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget; PMP certification is a plus β’ Strong financial acumen and the ability to evaluate the performance of real estate investments through data-driven insights β’ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders β’ Real estate license or industry certification is a plus
