β€’ The Help Desk Specialist will assist End Users with ordering, troubleshooting, and mobile phone setup. β€’ Provides first contact and ordering assistance to customers placing orders for mobile devices. β€’ Works through issues submitted via calls, emails, and ticket requests. β€’ Guides End Users through order creation and ticket resolution. β€’ Documents steps taken for ticket resolution. β€’ Flexible work environment with core business hours. β€’ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Office and Word) β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Task and schedule driven. β€’ Ability to work in a team β€’ Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Experience with iOS and Android cellular devices and support of iOS and Android device. β€’ Ability to multi-task and switch between different communication channels quickly and efficiently. β€’ Previous help desk/customer service experience.
