📋 Description
• Financial Analyst I is responsible for financial analysis projects • Performs analysis of projected and actual results • Facilitates annual and quarterly budgets and financial forecasts • Develops operational reports for management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team • Resolves the accuracy of the reported financial information • Establishes and maintains financial reporting tools • Interacts with other internal departments to analyze financial and operational performance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-6 years of work experience • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Preferred) • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (Preferred) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred) • Background in Operations Finance or FP&A, with a focus on reporting and financial data • Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
