🎯 Requirements

•Strong alignment with our values. Find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet. •You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5. •1-3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field. •Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. •Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling best practices. •Willingness to develop advanced technical skills (financial modeling, SQL, etc.). •Coachable, honest, accountable, and a self-starter. •Insatiable curiosity with a desire to understand how the business operates. •Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic actions. •High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. •Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
