• For more than 80 years, Kaplan has been a trailblazer in education and professional advancement. • The Financial Aid Officer (FAO) is responsible for evaluating aid eligibility for students throughout their academic career. • With a focus on regulatory and policy compliance, the FAO is tasked with performing specific processing functions. • Accurately assess and approve documentation related to Title IV Verification and other requirements. • Manage complex financial aid issues and troubleshoot potential problems. • Review and adjust accounts as needed. • Maintain minimum job performance standards, including quality, production, cohort management, etc. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience • Detail oriented • Flexibility • Remain focused when performing repetitive tasks • Bachelors degree (preferred) • CampusNexus software knowledge (preferred) • Title IV policy knowledge (preferred) • State and federal funding program knowledge (preferred)
