• Management of compliance programs for product development of large ESS • Act as the company’s subject matter expert in the areas of energy regulatory compliance • Serve as Ampd’s primary compliance contact with energy regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate response • Analyze and evaluate compliance deficiencies in existing and upcoming products and provide the necessary support to restore product compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience managing regulatory compliance preferably within an Energy organization including UL and IEC Standards • Experience with and knowledge of current UL, IEC, NFPA standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines • Strong ability to read and understand product technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, engineering reports, and engineering drawings • Strong understanding of Energy Market functions and processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing skills
