• PickyStory is a fast-growing upsell platform designed to boost the Average Order Value (AOV) of e-commerce brands. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE) to join our team. • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts from lead sourcing to deal closure. • This role requires a proactive approach to self-source leads through outbound initiatives and other creative means. • You will be directly contributing to our growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how PickyStory can add value to their business.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an AE (Account Executive) in an e-commerce company, with a proven track record of closing deals. • Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, with direct experience in the Shopify ecosystem being a significant advantage. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization. • Proven ability to self-source leads and effectively manage the sales cycle from start to finish. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges. • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
