Description

•The Associate Manager is a product liaison with cross-functional teams within Amplify including Customer Experience, Professional Learning, Training & Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and Bids & Proposals. •Support management of live in-market products by assisting customer-facing teams with product knowledge and strategy. •Help improve processes and products by bringing internal development feedback. •Address unexpected issues impacting customers and report trends. •Train and review content for internal teams alongside Training & Enablement team. •Lead processes to respond to Bids/RFPs for product adoption. •Model strong reflection and action on team processes and support planning sessions.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience •3+ years experience in a customer support, account management, professional development role, classroom teaching or similar experience required with a track record of high quality results •Prior experience with the Amplify Math products •Excellent communication skills and an ability to work productively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders •Ability to effectively support a project plan with tasks, owners, deliverables, and due dates •Proficiency with office software including Google products (docs, sheets) and Microsoft products (Excel, Word) •Ability to travel (approx 5%) to Amplify’s New York Office Headquarters for occasional workshops
