📋 Description

• Support application integrations across several business systems • Build and maintain application, API, data transfer, and EDI connections • Work with business and technology leads to design, develop, solve, and maintain application integrations • Document and troubleshoot existing integrations and provide technical support • Develop and maintain services used in application integrations • Design integration solutions and detail the design following standard processes • Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations • Support development on resolving system defects, acting as a liaison, and developing solutions • Coordinate directly with business users and business analysts to best understand and analyze business specifications • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors • Document and manage current integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience building systems integrations • Minimum of 5 years of experience with iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc • Proficient in crafting solutions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce • Demonstrated experience writing web services, REST, or SOAP • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures • Experience writing clear, concise communications with the customer in mind • Experience with hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premise using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
