Description

• Support the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 • Perform monthly close tasks for all revenue-related activities • Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other analytics to ensure complete and accurate recognition of revenues • Provide support to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting for finance requests, audit inquiries, and other revenue-related matters • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and other departments to provide guidance on complex revenue transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recognition • Leverage data analytics tools to identify revenue trends and improve forecasting accuracy • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and quality • Provide support and maintenance regarding internal controls over the order-to-cash cycle, including reporting and related accounting estimates • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of revenue-related systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business needs • Collaborate with finance and business teams to analyze revenue-related transactions and variances to budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred • Minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in revenue accounting or related roles • Prior public accounting experience preferred • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles, with specific expertise in ASC 606 • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders • Ability to think strategically and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
