• Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. • We operate an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. • We are built for a constantly evolving financial landscape. • Lead offers unparalleled technical expertise for fintech partners. • As a Community Bank, we provide personalized banking services and solutions. • Lead Bank is seeking a talented senior accountant for the Banking as a Service (BaaS) product finance function. • This role will be a critical contributor to month end close, BaaS program implementation, and client relations with fintech partners.
Requirements
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience • Financial Service and/or Fintech experience • Experience working in a deadline oriented, fast paced environment • Experience in team/project management, and comfortable working across functions to gather inputs and drive outcomes • Action-oriented, with strong organizational skills • Curious and open to learning • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage time/deadlines • Thrive working in a fluid environment with high autonomy • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
