Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Prepare and review journal entries as part of the month end close process. • Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely postings of all financial transactions. • Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. • Perform variance analysis and report on financial performance against budgets. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and reporting requirements. • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information. • Provide mentorship and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Assist in special projects and financial analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in corporate or public accounting within the professional services or SaaS sector. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial reporting standards. • Proficient in accounting software (Netsuite preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workplace (Sheets, Doc, etc.) • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

• Base: $60,000 • Base + Bonus Target: $70,000 • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
