Description

• At Degreed, we empower individuals to connect their skills and ambitions with meaningful growth opportunities. • As a Staff Accountant, you will support Degreed’s financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. • You’ll manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile accounts, oversee asset management, and assist with multi-entity, multi-currency transactions. • This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a technology-driven environment while developing your skills in a collaborative, inclusive setting.

Requirements

• ERP and CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Navan systems • Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of US GAAP, multi-currency transactions, and reconciliation processes • Detail Orientation: Precision in preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining asset schedules • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently drive tasks • Organizational Skills: Skilled in managing multiple tasks to meet monthly and annual closing timelines
