Description

• Amplitude is a leading digital analytics platform that helps companies unlock the power of their products. • The EMEA Field Marketing Team is responsible for developing regional Marketing strategies that contribute to company revenue. • Looking for a data-driven individual to own the regional marketing strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration. • Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive regional Marketing strategy for the EMEA Central market. • Partner with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to align strategies and ensure success of account-specific initiatives. • Organize events that drive MQLs and sales pipeline, as well as bespoke events for high-priority accounts. • Build engaging onsite activation, automated email campaigns, and landing pages to achieve registration and attendance goals. • Leverage data and insights to understand regional nuances, identify gaps/opportunities, and define target audiences. • Collaborate tightly with Sales, SDRs, Campaigns, Comms, Partners, and other cross-functional teams to establish Amplitude as the leading Digital Analytics Platform across the EMEA Central region. • Share best practices and insights from the region with other markets across Europe.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience managing strategy and execution for onsite and virtual events, ideally in DACH and/or Middle East & Africa. • Fluent in English. • Proven track record of having worked in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, with a “builder” mindset. • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions. • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships. • Self-starter with desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment. • Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables. • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred. • Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time for events.
