• Provide consultation to customers on AM PM products. • Be available on the corporate phone number daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and answer incoming calls • Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces and the online store • Handle complaints regarding orders on marketplaces and the online store • Process shipments on the transportation company website • Perform administrative tasks for the online store
