• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld oder in einer internen HR-Rolle, insbesondere im Bereich Compensation & Benefits. • Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten aus und leitest daraus passende Handlungsempfehlungen ab. • Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten auf allen Unternehmensebenen und überzeugst durch ein exzellentes Stakeholder-Management, insbesondere im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern im Unternehmen. • Deine interkulturelle Kompetenz erleichtert es Dir, Projekte im internationalen Kontext erfolgreich voranzutreiben. • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil.
