• Beauftragter für Arbeitssicherheit • Leitung, Definition und Entwicklung von LEAN-Management-Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Produktivität und Sicherheitskultur • Durchführung von Rundgängen/Audits zum Thema 5S und SOP • Implementierung/Pflege von SOP und Dokumentation sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung
🎯 Requirements
• erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau, alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im relevanten Bereich mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen LEAN und Arbeitssicherheit • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse • sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil • gutes technisches Grundverständnis von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Statistik • Erfahrung in abteilungsübergreifenden Teams • gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sind selbstverständlich
