• Howard Financial is a full-service back-office solution for companies and entities with bookkeeping, payroll, and bespoke reporting needs that require accuracy, timeliness, and institutional-quality reporting without the burden of full-time staff. • Founded in Fall 2023, Howard has grown quickly and currently serves over 35 high-growth companies across a diverse array of industries. • We are looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial VP of Operations to oversee the growth and institutionalization of all facets of our operation. • As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help establish our culture and internal organization strategy. • Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing the team, and managing client and partner relationships.
