• Drive business growth by developing tailored Smartsheet solutions • Manage client relationships and lead strategic expansion initiatives • Blend technical expertise with business development for seamless engagement • Execute a structured sales process for inbound leads • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting check-ins and strategic reviews • Engage in networking and relationship-building activities • Support implementation projects to gain insight into downstream processes • Challenge the status quo by implementing innovative sales strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in consulting, technical sales, or business development, particularly within SaaS or cloud solutions • Expertise in Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms and can confidently demonstrate technical solutions • Experience in managing warm inbound leads, conducting discovery sessions, and structuring commercial proposals • Excellent account management skills, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying upsell opportunities • Effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions • Completed a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field • Fluent in German and English
