• Manage and maintain the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity for sales reporting and forecasting. • Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to ensure seamless execution of campaigns (e.g., email marketing, lead nurturing). • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, lead generation, and attribution. • Support the creation and management of marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, and content libraries. • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field. • Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations. • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused environment is a plus, especially in the Atlassian ecosystem.
