• Responsible for assisting agents with inquiries regarding their policies • Assist customers with changes to policies, process endorsements, research issues • Work with carriers to fulfill customer requests • Bind and issue new business policies for more than 10 carriers • Support the Underwriters with various responsibilities
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of recent outstanding customer service experience is required • Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred • Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office is required
