• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years' experience in relevant sales role • Demonstrated ability to make solid business decisions and to work within a matrixed, fast paced environment • Requires solid understanding of the principles and practices involved in new business development, product marketing, and sales • Demonstrated knowledge and skill of solution selling techniques • Requires exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication, time & region management and interpersonal skills to build partnerships • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver presentations, training, and business solutions • Requires well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills across the pricing spectrum • Must understand financing alternatives and solutions that match the needs of our customers • Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office products • Proof of valid driver’s license and insurability
