• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion • Assist with project management for selected projects • Coordinate with project team to improve productivity, test business processes and develop structured requirements • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders • Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycle • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of relevant tools such as JIRA and Confluence
